We are located in Cannock in the West Midlands, and operate throughout the United Kingdom.

By utilising our other group members, our own team of heating engineers, electricians, plumbers, air conditioning engineers, IT specialists, decorators, ground workers and building refurbishment specialists can all be used on site.

We are able to manage the project on your behalf, and ensure that the works are completed in the right order, on time and to an excellent standard.

We are a Health & Safety aware company, and have a strict health and safety policy and strict on site working rules, enabling us to easily integrate with the requirements of blue chip companies.

Larger projects always have a dedicated Health & Safety officer appointed to monitor all works carried out on site.

We perform many services within the construction sector. Some of our more common place services are described below.

We have refurbished many types of commercial and industrial property including warehouses, offices and retail premises.
Some of the larger distribution depots and offices we have refurbished have been vacant for many years and we have provided a complete turn key solution for the new tenant or client.

Various examples of our services include:-

Construction and modification of office and property walls using brick walls, block walls, cladding, steel stud or demountable partitioning systems as required including acoustic and thermal insulation with specifications to required fire ratings.

Installation of flooring finishes including carpet, carpet tiles, Epoxy floor paints, Altro anti slip and laminate flooring in a wide range of materials, colours and finishes.

Ceiling construction includes suspended ceilings and plasterboard finishes. We have a huge range of ceiling tiles with many finishes, colours and pattern choices.
Various lighting schemes can be designed and installed for office and shop environments by our Electrical Services sector.

Constructed or modified walls can have various finishes including tape and fill for stud wall, plaster skimmed or rendered finishes with appropriate fire rating and acoustic insulation incorporated into the walls.

Second fix woodwork such as architrave, skirting boards and doors are all cut to size and installed on site together with any other woodwork or fitting out. We can supply shop fitting boards in any type, size and custom colour.

Where a certified fire door is required, this can be manufactured to size from a blank in our workshop and vision panels can be incorporated as required.

All types of door furniture are available including door closers, locks, handles and emergency devices such as panic bars incorporating external access devices.

For added security, we have a range of prefabricated steel doors mounted into steel frames for installation to most configurations. These doors are extremely effective for high security applications.

Our range of demountable partitioning systems are constructed from aluminium transom sections with honeycomb board fill. Single or Double glazed units can be created to form any size required and we have a wide choice of blinds which can be installed internally to the glazing panels which can be closed when privacy is required.

A wide range of toilet and wash room systems are available including specialist cubical systems to easily form a smart layout in any welfare facility. A large range of disabled fittings and fixtures are available to ensure that all disabled people are well catered for.
All ceramic ware is available with many choices for toilet pans, cisterns (can be hidden when required), urinals and sinks.
Our plumbing team can take care of the hot and cold water requirements and ensure the drainage is installed to regulations.

We are switched on to IT and can easily incorporate your data and voice requirements into the building as works proceed. Combined data and voice cabling keeps the system neat and easily manageable. We have a large range of cabinets available and can supply all required patch panels and fibre spools as required. Upon completion, a scan can be made of the cabling and the results printed out on a per circuit basis as proof the cabling is installed to the highest standards required for today’s modern communication needs. There are several choices of compartmental trunking available for the office environment to provide data and power from a modern looking system.

Our decorators offer a total decorating service for any painted surface both inside and out. Wide ranges of specialist wall paper are available if required. Warehouse steelwork, roof beams and outside cladding can be re-coated to preserve the presentation of your property.

Modifications can be made to existing buildings including installation of doors and windows, or simply some additional partitioned offices. Staircases and fire escapes can be installed if required.

Specialist concrete repairs can be made to concrete areas where the surface is damaged and in need of replacement. The damaged area can be cut back to a clean cut and removed, and fresh concrete poured to repair the floor. Reinforcing can be added with fixed dowels into surrounding area to prevent movement of the new concrete.
A wide range of epoxy top coats are available where only a surface finish is damaged. We have used these proprietary products in many warehouses and depots around the United Kingdom which are subjected to heavy forklift traffic.

Damage often occurs to brickwork in warehouses where forklift traffic operates. Minor damage can easily be repaired and in some cases sections of wall can be eased back into place and damaged pointing repaired.
Brickwork sections can be replaced in some cases without removing the remainder of the wall.

Where damage occurs to the exterior of the property such as cladding sections or roller door flashings, we can normally have a replacement set of components available for installation next day. Colour matching is excellent and we can touch up other areas with proprietary PVC cladding paint for a long lasting finish.

New concrete floors can be laid to any specification, including all required reinforcing mesh and spacers if required. Concrete can be supplied in many different grades to suit the applications you require together with a power float finish.

A wide range of service coatings are available for anti slip purposes. We have various grades of epoxy base coats and hard wearing flint chip wearing coats to install in any location, inside or out.

Our operators are IPAFF qualified and regularly work at height with access equipment to perform works to roofs and warehouse high level facilities. Special equipment is always utilised for roof works and netting will be installed to ensure the safety of our staff and your employees on site whilst roof works are carried out. When working inside the warehouse, the area around our works will be closed off to prevent accidents occurring.

Exterior groundwork’s include excavation and levelling of land, level changes and general preparation of sites.

Excess dig can be shaped on site as bunds or banks, or can be removed from site and taken for disposal. We have contacts with many quarries and aggregate suppliers around the country and we can quickly tip and lay large quantities of sub base and consolidate ready for a surface coating such as concrete or tarmac to suit a variety of traffic. Powerfloating is available for large floor areas.

Our concrete works can be designed and laid to any specification, size, shape and concrete grade. Concrete pumps can be arranged when required to pump the concrete to otherwise inaccessible locations.

As part of our groundworks services we can excavate and lay foundations of any type with custom manufactured reinforcing sections to your design, with any grade of concrete poured afterwards.

We have performed maintenance to many fowl and storm water drainage systems including the installation of sewer lines, channel, and benching, concrete rings incorporating ladders, step irons or rungs, shaft reducers and biscuits with brickwork and approved ironwork. Custom made landings and protection grills can be fabricated, galvanised and installed as required.

We have experience of installing underground equipment such as oil water and particle separators and hydro brake equipment.

Shuttering can be constructed in any location and customised concrete facilities cast in situ such as staircases and access ramps. Barrier rail can be supplied and added as required to any area of site with a choice of pedestrian and vehicle grades available.

The installation of underground services such as gas mains, water mains and telecommunication / fibre optic services can be installed to sites and we can install all the cabling for you at the same time.
