We install, service and maintain a wide range of gas and oil fired boilers, warm air heaters, radiant heaters, central heating systems and commercial gas / oil fired plant throughout the UK.

Our industrial engineers are all CORGI registered, trained and qualified to work on industrial systems, and all our work is carried out in accordance with current legislation including Building Regulations, Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations.

All work is done to the highest standards and all all works are carefully
documented by the completion of required CORGI reports, and all test
results will be printed from our calibrated combustion analyser equipment.
We retain a copy of all paperwork on file to comply with out registration.

Emergency Call Out and Repairs
We are available 24 hours a day and in most cases offer a same day
response for any emergency requirement you may have.

We carry a wide range of spares for many makes and models of equipment,
with an overnight service from the manufacturer available for other items.

Servicing
We can service your heating system / boiler on a one off basis or provide
you with a yearly plan to minimize the possibility of a breakdown.

All makes and models of equipment are catered for such as Powrmatic, Reznor, Combat, Winter Warm, Warm Flow and Benson to name but a few.

We recommend that oil appliances are serviced twice a year and most gas
appliances are serviced once a year, although some may require more
frequent visits.

During a routine service we will inspect other areas of the plant room often
neglected such as motorised valves, pumps, pipe work, ventilation, tanks,
pressurisation systems and will advise you of any remedial works necessary
to improve the installation to comply with current legislation, or return the
plant room to a fully operational state.

We also offer a gas safety inspection and short service where budgets wont
allow a full inspection and service or use has been lite.

Our fully qualified industrial heating engineers provide a quality service and have passed the required examinations to become an industrial engineer.

Gas safety Inspections and Landlords Certificates
We regularly carry out Gas Safety Inspections and Landlords Gas Safety
Inspections for Commercial, Industrial and Domestic properties. We do not
however deal direct with the public or domestic markets.

New Systems
Our installation team can design and install any new appliance fired by any
of the major fuel types available, and can advise when no town gas is available regarding oil or lpg installations.
We offer the most energy efficient accessories to ensure that your new
installation does not waste energy or produce any excess harmful gases.
We will only advise you on the best system to suit your individual needs, and
install all equipment to the highest possible standard.
We also offer training on all equipment we install, so you understand fully
how the equipment operates.

Ductwork
We can design and install ductwork in many shapes and systems to meet
with your requirements.

Controls
We can supply and install a full range of energy efficiency controls to fit all
type of appliance.
We also offer communication equipment for remote plant, where its failiure
needs emergency response. Our equipment is GSM based and can issue a
text message to five recipients within a few seconds, and then individually
call each one by telephone.

New Burners
When it comes to choosing a new burner, it is essential that the correct
choice is made. Bad burner matching can cause efficiency problems, poor
running, premature burner failure and even damage to the appliance they are
installed on.

We recommend either Riello or Nu-Way burners, for a perfect trouble free
life.

There are many types of burners available covering both gas, oil, and lpg
with single, double and triple stage firing, and dual fuel operating varieties.
Ranges From 10Kw to 20Mw+ firingl Gas, Oil, and LPG.
Dual Fuel ranges suit boiler applications, process heating, and fuel
efficiency to name a few.

Refurbished Warm Air Heater
All warm air heaters undergo a complete strip down and re-build process
before being shipped out or collected by you.
The unit is first stripped and all ancillary equipment removed. The entire unit
is pressure washed out and all debris removed from the fan, heat exchanger
and chassis. The heat exchanger is completely checked and repairs made
where necessary. When completed the chassis and panels are de-greased
and sprayed. The unit is re-wired, re-insulated and re-assembled. Burners
are stripped and parts changed as required.

Oil Tanks
We offer a rage of tanks of all sizes to fit your required demand. We can fully
install the tank, pipework and all oil systems.
