Our industrial engineers are all trained and qualified to work on industrial heating and commercial heating systems, and all our work is carried out in accordance with current legislation.

Commercial heating work is completed to a high standard and fully certificated upon completion.
All appliances flue gasses are analysed and a print out is provided to document the emmissions from your appliance, whatever the fuel.

Servicing
We can service your heating system / boiler on a one off basis or provide
you with a yearly plan to minimize the possibility of a breakdown.

All makes and models of equipment are catered for such as Benson Heating, Powrmatic, Reznor and Ambirad to name but a few.

We recommend that oil appliances are serviced twice a year and most gas
appliances are serviced once a year, although some may require service more often.

During a routine service we will inspect other areas of the plant room often
neglected such as motorised valves, pumps, pipe work, ventilation, tanks,
pressurisation systems and will advise you of any remedial works necessary.

We also offer a gas safety inspection and a short service when required.

Gas safety Inspections and Landlords Certificates
We carry out Gas Safety Inspections and Landlords Gas Safety
Inspections for Commercial, Industrial and Domestic properties. We do not deal direct with the general public.

New Systems
Our industrial heating specialists can design and install any new gas, oil or lpg based appliance with controls and ducting if required.

We offer the most energy efficient accessories to ensure that your new
heating plant is energy efficient and does not produce any excess harmful gases such as CO and Co2.

We will only advise you on the best system to suit your individual needs, and
install all equipment to the highest possible standard.

We recomend Benson Heating, Powrmatic, Reznor and Ambi Rad products and are able to offer extended warranties with these manufacturers.

A destratification fan can be used with a unit air heater to increase the efficiency of the installation.

We also offer training on all equipment we install, so you understand fully
how your plant will operate.

Ductwork
We can design and install ductwork in many shapes and systems to meet
with your needs.

Controls
There are many control available from simple energy efficient time clocks to compensators and compensator optimisers.

New Burners
We can discuss your burner requirements and our suppliers will help choose the best burner for your equipment.

Bad burner matching can cause efficiency problems, poor running, premature burner failure, excessive harmful flue gases and even damage to the appliance it is fitted to.

We recommend Riello Burners which are available in either gas, oil and lpg or dual fuel varieties.

We can match and supply burners from 10Kw to 20Mw to suit all boilers, heaters and commercial / industrial plant.

Refurbished Warm Air Heater
We offer a range of refurbished oil and gas warm air heaters, cabinet heaters and suspended heaters.

The heater is taken apart and completely cleaned. The heat exchanger is professionally repaired before being tested if required following testing.

Repairs are made to the chassis and powder coated if required.

When the unit has been fully re-assembled and inspected the unit is fully tested to ensure it is safe for use.

We offer a 12 month warranty on all refurbished heaters.

Oil Tanks
We can supply plastic bunded oil tanks with the watchman monitoring system and can also construct the base and arrange full installation.

My mum has recently changed career, having worked in an office environment for most of her life moving into a warehouse was sure to be a shock to the system. That day she traded in her black peep toe sling backs for a pair of steel toe capped boots. Her perfect fitted pencil skirt for a pair of baggy blue combat trousers and her neat pink silk shirt for the most unflattering V necked tea shirt with the company logo slapped on the left hand side. It won`t last; we teased her as she left the house for another day in paradise! Her new job was very demanding and she was working all hours, there was so much for her to do there she even had to bring her work home. They had a problem, having just moved to a new warehouse they had no heating at all throughout. My mum explained how they are a distribution warehouse stocking some of the major high street stores and as they have branched out so much they need a bigger place and more staff etc, so she helped with the big move. Having mentioned earlier the new warehouse had no heating what so ever, and it was up to my mum to get together a series of quotes to present to the manager so they could get it fitted quickly, as the weather was drawing in simple warm air blowers were not doing the trick, however industrial heating would. I enjoy my job very much, being an organized person not just in work but in life generally it suits me very well and I thrive on having that responsibility. I have worked in this industry now for many years however only been at this particular company for eighteen months. At my previous company there was far too many staff, the managers were very laid back and not a lot of work was being done. The work that was done was usually of bad standards and when the owner found out we all got the blame. In my job now I have particular roles and feel confident that I can perform them very well. I get praised a lot for my work and have already had two promotions since being taken on. I have met many friends through work and socialize with some out of working hours, also living close to the warehouse I save a lot on traveling expenses. That`s another thing I am good at saving money but in particular finding bargains. I get all of the powrmatic equipment at a low cost.
