Magma Energy Services was formed in 2000, to enable the continued
growth, development and merger of two smaller companies.

The forming of the new company has led to continued growth and
opportunities, and a large work force to improve our site response time
which can be as low as 1 hour when required.

We are 'switched on' to health and safery, and regulary work with our clients
health and safery officers who ensure we comply to there strict standards.

Our understanding of health and safety enables us to generate the required
risk assessment and method statements as required and also to monitor
any on going project from both a progress and safety aspect.

Copies of out strict health & safety policy are available for existing and
prospective clients.

As a 'future proof' company, we are switched on to Information Technology in
a big way.

We own and operate our own internal domain servers for general office storage and run several Cobalt appliances to fulfil our on line requirements such as web and email.

Internal security is tight, with only authorised staff members able to access
sensitive documents to maintain compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Customer test certificates and documents will soon be made on line so customers can securely enter the site and download PDF files.

Our office communications are all soft PBX based utilising Asterisk with all calls being placed and received over the internet via our broadband lines.
We have maintained a POTS line for emergency calls in the event of a system faliure.
