PRIVACY POLICY
Magma Energy Services Ltd will not at any time disclose your information to any third party other than when order details are processed as part of us filfilling the order such as the deliviering Courier. The authorised third party will not disclose your details to any other third party.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION (CREDIT CARD DETAILS)
After we have completed your transaction, we will not store any of your information on our computer systems or store your information manually. All sensitive information such as credit card details will be destroyed upon completion.

Your information will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality.

We will not request your details or process your details by any unsafe means, and will usually use our Card Merchants secure site. Where details are requested by telephone or fax, the details will be destroyed upon completion of the transaction.

We will not make any charges to your card until the items are ready for dispatch.
Where we have performed a service (such as call out or repair) to your premises, we will only charge your card when our Project Worksheet has been signed in agreement with the works carried out.

VAT
All items that we sell online already have VAT included in the final sales price. A VAT invoice will be produced and submitted with every order.

RETURNS / DELIVERY / CANCELLATION
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods, provided they have not been opened or used.

You must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning the goods to us. Items without a returns authorisation number will not be accpeted.

All costs of the return are the responsibility of the purchaser and they should ensure that all items are adequately covered for insurance during return transit.

Items that are returned not faulty will be subject to a 20% handling / re-stocking charge.

Any special order items are not returnable unless found to be fauly.

We are unable to refund carriage charges on any returned items.

All items must be inspected before accepting from the courier. Damaged or incorectly supplied items should not be accepted from the courier. Claims are not accepted for items found to be damaged or missing once signed for from the courier. No delivery may be accepted or signed for by a person under the age of 18 years.

All orders will comply with the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations.

This does not affect your statutory rights .
